Property Library Sdn Bhd (802402-A) has been established since 11 January 2008 as a training institution. Its founders have been in the property consultancy business in the real estate industry for more than four decades.
Our lecturers/trainers are from diverse practical and academic backgrounds who are experts in their own fields. For our REN and CPD courses, speakers are experienced professionals in the Real Estate industry. The learning system and teaching methodology for the diploma in Real Estate course are advanced and systematic in its approach providing subject courses in a modular form. Students can benefit from the rich resources available and the exam-oriented focused training which will enable students to easily succeed in passing the BOARD’s exams paving the way for them to become Registered Real Estate Agents and furtherance of their career in the Real Estate industry.

OUR APPROACH
Property Library applies tried and tested formula, benchmarking against the best practices around the world in all our programs to allow students and participants to have a holistic view for a successful career in the Real Estate industry.
To realize our mission and in support of our beliefs, we provide participants and students with real-life case studies especially in the core areas of our Diploma course such as the Laws & Practice Relating to Property and Agency, Valuations, Building Technology and Marketing so that they can better internalize and apply the principles they have learnt. The Diploma course is also well supplemented with analysis of past year questions and suggested answers as a quick guide in preparation for the BOARD's examination. CPD topics are carefully selected to upgrade the knowledge and skills of participants where the focus is on current issues related to the Real Estate industry. The comprehensive REN certification course is delivered in a simplified form for easy and better understanding of the fundamentals required for would-be negotiators. Property Library has a cadre of speakers and trainers delivering the courses and topics with very active, lively and interactive approaches.
